Delivery and payment

Delivery Period: Up to 6 business days following payment.
Please note that delivery period may be extended during the launch of new collections, sales events, or holidays.
Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, a tracking number will be sent to your email for monitoring your shipment.

Free delivery within the UAE

We provide an international shipping via the Aramex courier service. The shipping cost to your region can be obtained from the managers of our online store.

Please note that the shipping cost does not include customs duties and local sales taxes, which may be imposed by the destination country.
Customs duties must be paid for the clearance (if applicable) of your order upon arrival. Unfortunately, the company does not accept return shipments.
In case of refusal to pay the customs fees, the order will be returned, and the payment will not be refunded.
The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

International delivery

After your package is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your email address.
If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact customer support at info@lipodat.com.
