Refund and exchange
The buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of a product of proper quality is possible if the product is in its original condition, has not been used, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and original packaging are preserved, and a receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@lipodat.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted, and the return will not be processed. You can always contact us with any questions at info@lipodat.com.
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or items purchased with a gift card.
Refund
To make an exchange, you must return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

14-day cancellation and/or return period for items shipped to the European Union*
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must also be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. The return processing and approval period is 10 days from the date we receive the return shipment. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the card or bank account used for payment on the official website. In case of payment issues, we will contact you for additional details. Please note that the refund process depends on the processing speed of your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@lipodat.com.

All costs for returning the product, as well as shipping, customs, and other additional fees (for international shipments), are paid by the buyer according to the shipping company rates and the customs duties of the destination country. Funds will be refunded in the amount of the product's price paid on the website.
